Order cancellation

After you placed your Order, you can cancel it until you receive our Order Confirmation e-mail. Once you received the Order Confirmation  you cannot cancel the Order.


Return policy

 
A. Withdrawal from the purchase without cause

You have the right to withdraw from the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) without having to provide any explanation and without incurring any penalty, the latest within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you received the Products ordered.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal you should fill in the Returned Goods Form (“RGF” which you can download here) and send it by E-mail to info@mygpstore.com within the above deadline.  Our customer service will acknowledge the receipt of the RGF and your right of withdrawal by providing you with the ID number of your return and sending back the completed RGF by e-mail.

Please return the Products accompanied by the the completed RGF within 14 (fourteen) days to the following address:

Please note that, as per our Terms and Conditions, you will be returning any Products at your own cost, unless you received damaged, defective or incomplete items, thus you have go a valid Warranty Claim (see below "Damaged or defective Products warranty).


Conditions of Products to be returned

In order to be able to send the Products back, those shall be delivered to us fully intact (with no signs of wear, abrasions, nicks, scratches, deformation, etc.), complete with all parts and accessories (with unaltered labels still attached to the Product), accompanied by any instructions/notes/manuals supplied, the original packaging and packing and the original warranty, if any.

If you fail to send back the Products in the above described conditions you will forsake your right for a Refund. To this purpose, it is highly recommended to use the original packaging of the Products plus further protective packaging that will keep them intact and protect them from damaging.

 

Refund

After receiving the returned Products, our customer service will verify that those satisfy the conditions described above (fully intact, complete with all parts and accessories, provided in original packaging, etc). If so, we will provide you with a full Refund of the Purchase Price including the Cost of Delivery, up to the amount of UPS Standard delivery cost, no later than 14 (fourteen) days from, and including, the day on which we received the returned Products.

The refund will be effected, where possible using the same payment method you used to purchase the Products. In case the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made by direct crediting to your credit card. In case you paid by bank transfer please provide your banking details (bank name, IBAN account number, SWIFT code of your bank).

 

B. Exchange of Products

We provide information about the Products on our website to the best of our knowledge. In case you do not like the items received, or it does not fit you can ask for the exchange of the Products within 14  (fourteen) days after receiving them. You should follow the process as described above in “Return policy” and “Conditions of goods to be returned”.

After receiving the returned Products, our customer service will verify that those satisfy the conditions described above in “Conditions of Products to be returned”. If so, we will send you the new Products no later than 14 (fourteen) days from, and including, the day on which we received the returned Products, provided that those are in stock.

Please note that, as per our Terms and Conditions, you will be returning any Products at your own cost. Also you will bear the Cost of Delivery of sending the exchange Products to you.

In order to be able exchange your Product you should fill in the Returned Goods Form (“RGF” which you can download here) and send it by E-mail to info@mygpstore.com within the above deadline.

 

C. Damaged or defective Products warranty

If any items you purchase from us are damaged, defective or incomplete upon arrival, thus you have got a valid Warranty claim, you must notify us immediately at info@mygpstore.com to request an Exchange or appropriate reduction of the Purchase Price or a Refund.  In these cases the cost of returning the Products and Cost of Delivery of any Exchange Products are to be borne by us. Warranty rights may be exercised within a 2 year's limitation period, but the latest within 2 months reckoned from the date the problem of the Product is detected.

If you received a damaged or defective product please report it to us immediately by filling in the Returned Goods Form (“RGF” which you can download here) and send it by E-mail to info@mygpstore.com within the above deadline.
